Using our setup process is simple and streamlined – we want you to get up and running as soon as possible. It all starts when you order. You can specify what software and configurations you want, and we’ll do it all as soon as your order is sent.
After that, we can migrate your existing services – we don’t set any limitations on the number of websites that you can migrate – you can migrate any number of websites or services to us at no cost to you. Simply provide us with access to your existing provider, and we’ll move everything over as fast as possible.
Once everything is up and running on your new server, we can then optimize your server’s performance by hand – our admins do this by assessing your server’s unique needs, and then adjusting your services’ configurations to maximize performance.
And of course, if anything ever goes wrong, you can always reach out to our support system, and we’ll get on fixing it right away. We typically respond to any support requests within five minutes, meaning you won’t be left waiting for a response.
